Simon Sinek: the Golden Circle and the question Why?

Why does an initiative, plan, project of one person succeed and why is another not working out. Simon Sinek’s idea of the ‘golden circle’ is grounded in the biology of human decision-making and explains the reason why we are inspired by specific ideas, leaders or messages. Sinek argues that the most important question one has to be able to answer is: Why would you do it? This is true for every project that a person applies himself to. To estimate whether your plan will succeed, you first have to know why you do it.. Once you know that.. (we’re not gonna tell you, just go and learn something by watching this TED).
